Google street view
I always like to look up filming locations on street view after watching a movie. I did just that with this movie, and it appears they may be filming this movie as the google car drove by. The address is 7 west 30 New York New York. You may have to move down the street a little if a delivery truck is blocking. But the evidence is:
-Ventilation tubes coming out of building
-Movie equipment off to the right
-One window closed, one covered in garbage bags.
I live in Vancouver and I see movies filming all the time, and this looks just like a movie set.
