Does anyone else think that the Helicopter doesnt make sense at all

Yeah,it looked really funny but the train of thoughts were totally illogical...
First they talk about Osama Bin Laden and immediately he switches to the car he's using and then talks about the Empire State building and then immediately Nadal asks about his back pain

and for someone who speaks English so well,is it that tough for him to count from 1 to 10???

Obviously the conversation was skewed for comedic purposes. That said, I've had several conversations where topics change fast and often.
