If you had a chance to build an economy your way, how would you do it?
Would you stick with the current economic system of the US, tweak it a bit, or change it entirely?
I'd love to hear other people's opinions.

I would change it entirely, but it would require technology that doesn't exist, yet. In reality, that's what I imagine will be the natural progression of the "civilized" world, if not that then its demise.
Realistically, you can't create a system, so the only thing we can do right now is demand rules against corruption, such as a 28th amendment to the US constitution to ban money from politics. If that happened, everything else would likely work itself out and society would prosper. In contrast, doing nothing is assured to bring oblivion.
Why can't you be a non-conformist like everyone else?share
For one, stop the endless debt of the country. For the other, we must think about fairly distruibuting the wealth, we cannot expect a few people holding on to trillions of $ on one side, and millions of people holding on to only a few $ on the other. New statistics on America’s poverty rate indicate that nearly 50 million Americans, more than 16 percent of the population, are struggling to survive. Wouldn't those 50 million be a bigger priority? How about a fund to end poverty in the country, or create something like Roosevelt's New Deal again? People should not have to work two jobs just to survive.
