If you have watched the latest new episodes "The Ultimate Evidence" and they seem familiar, it's because they are. They are simply recycling the same episodes from other seasons. The latest one "The Monoliths" was aired in April of 2013 called, strangely enough, "The Monoliths". If History Channel is resorting to recycling old episodes, they really must be running out of ideas.

I partly agree with you here...
I have all Seven seasons on DVD...
The first season is quite a mess. It seems, the producers were not quite sure how long the show would last, so they tried to combine everything odd in the world into about Six Shows. You feel as though it is trying to drag you all over the place, and you feel lost at the end.
As the show has been renewed for additional seasons, they have gone back to talk about various bits and pieces in more detail. Most repeated topics of what I have seen before still are worth seeing as there is new information that is presented.
However, as a viewer, you think to yourself... Why could they have not been more organized from the very beginning and focused on one location or one concept instead of so many each episode.
Show have good better in the later seasons.
But, I recently read the the show has bounced around from producers or tv stations (or something) a couple of times over the years. It's quite possible, that one group may have done a special on "Monoliths" and another group forgot, or wanted more information or something, and out came another show, basically about the same thing.
I also know that some topics that were discussed in the first couple of years, are now out of date... There have been some major digs, or evidence, or information that came out in the last couple of years that need to be retold...
Case In Point.
In Season One. The Show talk for about 10 minutes about Oak Island & The Money Pit, where "The Ark Of The Covenant" May be Buried.
Around Season THREE or Season FOUR, a new TV Show called "The Curse Of Oak Island" came out, showing a team of Brothers and their Friends investigating the island, and have some new theories, and evidence about the pit, and the island.
This could affect the "Alien Theory", and a new Episode could be done to update the theory.
They also just did an entire show about the "The Ark Of The Covenant", expanding on why that may have been hidden away from the world... and so on...
Running out of Ideas, perhaps, but so far, all I have seen is either updates, or going into those early shows, and providing more details concerning those early 10 min segments.

Eventually it doesnt matter how often you revisit something, without proof, people can still think whatever they want, (un)fortunately.
The problem i have with this show sometimes is how certain they are of their theories, they start with saying "What if" but often end in, "the answer is YES!", which undermines the initial wonder and turns it into a "fact". Now i get that the wording of "Ancient Alien Theorists" does not equal the show name Ancient Aliens, but they also dont try to have a divide among the theorists since the show is very one-sided and the constant lumping of "Ancient Alien Theorists" as a collective, makes that a bit of a grey area (pun intended... you know.. the Grey's)
They kinda limited themselves by calling the show the way they did, i very much enjoyed Tsoukalos' show "In search of Aliens", even though it contained a lot of the same subject matter, it feels less restricted, compared to the constant bringing it back to "Ancient Aliens", which is a big part of the feeling that the show rehashes itself. Plus, by going from point to point within each episode, they avoid going in depth about a specific story or site/sight. Causing them to revisit the subjects, all the while not really answering anything, so it feels like they take you by the hand and take us on a roundabout. Which kinda spoils the "fresh" factor of the whole show, feeling like youve seen it all before.
In the episodes where they do go in depth, they have often already lost me on its initial subject matter, like nazis, zombies, Japanese blacksmiths, Bigfoot etc., even trademark Alien stuff as UFO's, crop circles and abductions. So thats purely me to blame for that because i have lost patience for those subjects by now, im at the point where i just need proof, and i dont usually buy into conspiracy theories either (like the government withholding Alien evidence for example).
I still find the swapping of religion with Aliens very interesting/entertaining, but eventually the theory itself does not add anything. I mean, even if angels were Aliens, we still have zero concrete undeniable evidence of either case, otherwise we wouldnt be having these discussions. As for religion itself, im agnostic, i dont feel the need to take a side because i know i dont possess any evidence myself, but because i prefer the Alien theory, id love for it to be the truth, but eventually i lean to the very "boring" evolution theory, without divine intervention. The downside of not taking a side is that same grey area that other people can use to lean totally different ways, i often bump into bizarro mindsets.
BUT... Even if i disagree with the given theories on the show, id still rather have people believe in Aliens than in God, although i prefer far less spiritual but still having interest and respect for what is out there instead of being consumed with what little we mean in our artificial business bubble. Which is why i dont want this show, or similar shows to be banned or taken down. But i dont actually stand WITH "Ancient Alien Theorists", but i do hope that space will be more important to us again someday.
Which makes me quite curious to imagine if an Alien Ideology took over, embracing our Alien theories, at least it would mean more space travel, hopefully more understanding of space etc. I wish there was a more credible platform to invest into this ideology... NASA needs to be big again, private businesses so far are slow and limited.
But the 'evidence' is never really there with this show (or there at all). The leaps of logic are often painful and totally without foundation. For example, David Wilcock's contributions are almost entirely "what if" supposition, with ancient relics instantly linked to aliens simply because that is the driving force of the theories. It is hard to imagine other history programmes that could, season after season, get away with this subjective approach. I can't see a series on Napoleon starting from a "His quest for empire was driven by his search for Merlin's Mighty Magical Diamond, probably, possibly, well, you at least have to wonder" passing muster. But Ancient Aliens has made this form of baseless and fanciful historical enquiry an art form. In the final analysis, the issue for me is why, given the daily alien interference that apparently occurred in past times, have the aliens totally vanished? Why don't they still help out with technology, medicine, or building projects? You'd think the space race would have been the ideal point for their hands (if they have them) on help. But...nothing.

In the case of Ancient Aliens there is so far a very fini amount of evidence or proof. The proof is there in the form of advanced construction techniques, hieroglyphics, wall carvings, and cuneiform tablets fairly recently interpreted that tell the story of creation. Has everybody read "the 12th planet" by Zechariah Sitchin? It will make a believer out of you. I know because I may have been the biggest, most stubborn sceptic until I read it
At any rate, once you get past the discussion of these topics THERE IS NO MORE PROOF OR TOPICS. If the program wants to continue they have no choice but to rehash already covered subject matter. There just is no more. Once you get past that fact yo realise you have to move into the future. Hangar 51 is a good starting place, but there will be even less "proof" than there was on ancient aliens even though there are more recent first hand accounts
