Why cater to the UFO crowd on History? Give me a Hitler doc...
any day of the week over this ancient astronaut nonsense.
What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

Well i know, it was just a joke.
"a joke, like the History Channel".
Ive stopped paying for cable TV almost a decade ago, so i just watch whatever i can find on the web.
But i thought they did have a Hitlery Channel? Wasnt the first channel dedicated to this kinda stuff and Alien things moved on to H2?
Either way, id suggest to look around on the web more often to find docu's for free.
Youtube actually has a good bunch of em, but also sites like Dailymotion or any other one that comes up on a Google search.
Didn't Hilter believe in UFO's though...
shareHaha
Yeah they do say that he was into the spiritual stuff, to collect the relics, either for religious power over other people, or just to feel powerful himself for being able to own these items. Then there is that Thule stuff about supermen.
But im not sure if Hitler actually really believed in all that, or just used it to influence other people.
I mean, he did some crazy stuff too, where was his line of reality?
EDIT: actually, that Thule story is pretty funny, it was written by a Dutch person as a hoax, and the nazis eventually totally fell for it.
Oh I couldn't tell it was a joke. Sorry bout that. But to answer your question, Hitler believed in the occult when it was convenient for him-contrary to what ROTLA implied.
However, his underling Heinrich Himmler was absolutely obsessed about it though and it was under his supervision that the Nazis actually went searching for religious artifacts or used archaeologists and other scientists to make the case for the Aryan Race. A good example is Otto Rahn who searched for the Holy Grail on Himmler's behalf.

They should call it the Hitler Channel; as he is on NON-STOP!
Next week they are doing Hitler's underwear.
