Died Dec. 30th 2012. Does anyone have any details?

I had no idea he passed away. :( Late RIP Philip Coppens.

Sadly he died of cancer while in his 50s. GOD rest his soul. He ill be greatly missed.

Why would aliens take him out? Humans are too stupid to take him with any grain of salt at all.

Although Philip Coppens died December 30, 2012, Rest In Peace, he is still part of the new Ancient Aliens series shown in 2015. I suppose Philip's comments were pre-recorded or taken from previous aired shows.

the producers recycle old footage in his honor. for sure his widow appreciates any royalties that trickle in from that.
