Ancient Aliens Uterly Debunked!

I hope there was a way to add a Sticky to IMDB. If there is, I think this should be one of them.

For the people who watch this program and either:
A. Side with Ancient Astronaut Theorists completely or
B. Watch the episodes with some doubt, but are not sold 100%, then I recommend you watch this: Ancient Aliens Debunked. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9w-i5oZqaQ

For the people that watch this show and know 100% that this is pure entertainment, then watch the video above anyway, and share it with as many people as you can.

People can have opinions, but if others can prove logically and with evidence that those opinions are false, then those opinions should be debunked and suppressed. One step closer to a better society for the future.

Someone posted that link a few months back http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1643266/board/nest/240111305

As for the videomp, I give this guy a lot if credit for the effort he put into it. To me, it's just common sense but I give this guy credit for detail. I did enjoy his explanation of the Giza Pyramids. Very interesting information and way more interesting than Aliens. I wish the History Channel actually made real documentaries about how the pyramids were actually built.

It's sad that the History Channel has gotten so bad. I am happy that not everyone has abandoned reason and logic.

I was thinking the exact same thing! That guy that put that whole whole thing together really put a lot of fantastic work into it. I honestly enjoyed learning about ancient cultures and history more so than the debunking of the Astronaut Theorists's claims.

Reason and Logic will live on.

Perhaps if we all petitioned the History Channel to stop broadcasting this junk, they might listen.

reply

Petitions won't work. As long as they have the ratings to make money nothing will change.

There was a special done by National Geographic, where it was proposed that one of the pyramids was built using an internal ramp.

Using a computer, this scientist/engineer started of with the known internal structure, then added a ramp system with, I believe, a 7% grade. The ramp NEVER intersected with the known rooms and passageways. There are a couple of minor oddities on the outside of the pyramid that seem to support that theory.

A french team, in the 1980s... I believe, did a radar scan or something on the pyramid, looking for hidden rooms, and one scan revealed something strange, but they kept it to themselves, and did not publish it. After being exposed to this new internal ramp theory, they dug out the old scan, and revealed it... it does seem to show an internal ramp!

Currently scientists are using some new scanning method involving cosmic rays or something to see inside pyramids. They have already done some smaller pyramids. They are scanning the big one now...

It may infact show, the pyramid was built with an internal ramp. If that is true, it is highly unlikely that Aliens would have built it.

Questions still remain, as to why it was built in the first place, how did they know how to do it with such precise measurements, and what was it's purpose...

Then again, it does have to be considered that Chris White is a deep believer in Christianity, and his own personal religious beliefs would be called into question if the part of ancient alien theory that questions the origins of Christianity were to be proved accurate...so he obviously thinks he has a LOT personally riding on the debunk video he made seeing as how he went to the trouble of making and producing a debunk video.

There is also a video debunking Whites' debunk video by the late Philip Coppens...so depending on which video a person chooses to believe....back to square one.

But these videos have been discussed many times before here, so none of this is anything new.

I couldn't help but notice the comment about certain opinions being debunked and "suppressed" though.

It's one thing to disagree with someone else, but to feel that the only way your opinion can come out on top is to "supress" the opposing opinion you're dealing with...well...shouldn't that tell you something about the opinion you're promoting....

I just watched the entire 3+ hour video and it is funny to me how he criticizes the show for cherry picking, but he does a lot of that himself. He claims to go through every piece of evidence, but he definitely does not do that, despite the movie being over 3 hours long.

the person who did this documentary blows it near the end with their own leaps of speculation. Especially when he declares old bible scribes meticulously copied the texts accurately and without error. We have the oldest known Bible in England and it has over...10,000 differences, additions, omissions, edits from the second oldest know Bible!!!

But I Understand him thoroughly believing that myth..because it's told in houses of worship every second of every day, despite having been thoroughly debunked by Biblical Scholars themselves for over 100 years.

There would be no reason for him to look into that, because he believes that.

Very true, but he could at least try leave the bible BS out, he screw himself and all his hard work by mentioning the bible.

He screw himself and all his hard work by making the video in the first place.

It's as if he never stopped to consider that anyone would ever question HIM.

reply

Yeah I can agree with that too.
