Isn’t the Nike endorsement the reason Michael eventually got to be in commercials with Bugs Bunny and then ultimately the Space Jam movie? Also both films incorporate the real Michael Jordan, since MJ’s face is never shown in this film, giving the impression that the MJ of this film is the real Michael Jordan and not just an actor portraying Michael Jordan.

Lol. It would be hilarious if at the end it were revealed that Michael putting on the Air Jordan’s for the first time caused a rift in the universe that opened the portal between the Loony Tunes world and the real world, and we also see Michael getting rid of his old shoes that eventually end up at the orphanage from Like Mike.
