Why didn't they continue this? I loved it!!!

It was expensive low quality garbage that didn't bring money to Fox.

So is most every other show on tv. Tho one was built up for years and should have been given a chance

Yes. There are no Dinosaur shows anymore.....

Fox canceled it due to poor ratings. Like networks always do. Unfortunately it was canceled after production for season one was completed and they gave no provision for a wrap-up movie/mini-series. Network execs never actually watch any of the shows they are cancelling so they don't care if a season arc ended in a super cliff-hanger, they just see the money side of things and if a show isn't making enough money or what they expect they pull the plug.

If any series needs a wrap-up movie or a two/three part mini-series to finish this one NEEDS it.
