I'm sure that this has already been brought up but I have to express my opinion about the blatant racism in Terra Nova!!!! I just watched the full series and here are my thoughts:

Throughout the series there were multiple shots of brachiosaurus, pteranodons, and even an ankylosaurus. Where are all the other dinosaurs???? Where are the triceratops? The velociraptors? Not even a T-rex made it into the show.

How can this be allowed into todays society? What are we coming to?

It's supposed to take place 85 million years ago. Triceratops, velociraptors and T-Rex hadn't evolved yet. Also, you must remember that every animal isn't found in every corner of the world.

Probably should have gone ahead and made it 60 million years ago.

That would have put it in the Paleocene epoch. The wildlife wouldn't have been that interesting, mostly smallish mammals.
