Just another family drama show with a twist

First of all, I generally do not mind family drama shows. I also love sci-fi and am pretty easy to entertain, but this show is pretty mediocre. It is just a family drama with a sci-fi/time travel twist (I am also pretty sure I saw a show on nickelodeon that was essentially this).

It is a family drama the same way Joan of Arcadia was one, but with the twist that she could talk to god. The same way Kyle XY was one, but with the entire Kyle mystery.

I do not know why they went through the expensive trouble of making a big budget sci fi show that sci-fi fans would not really be impressed with.

Raccoon City is not dead...
