Does it at least have cool special effects?

You know, how 2012 wasn't all that good, but parts of it looked kinda cool...I'm a sucker for disaster/apocalyptic films.

i had the same question and the answer is no. not at all. it's just terrible. the cover makes it look like the ship will be awesome and amazing when it goes down but it's just *beep* don't waste your time. you are better off watching Titanic (1997)

Nope. It has SyFy channel effects, which are absolutely terrible.

The picture they used for the film cover is RMS Queen Mary, which doesn't look even remotely like Titanic. I could do a better job with Google image search and MS Paint.

You can decide for yourself whether that means they spent the entire budget on special effects instead of marketing, or if it's just a bad film.
