It's hard to believe that the whole "Tonight Show" thing was seven years ago.

That was an interesting story about him being in Hawaii and Garry reaching out to him. Sounds like Garry was a pretty cool guy.

I don't recall him ever mentioning this Hawaii trip. He may have, but I don't remember.

Nice story, and the clips he showed later from "Late Night" and the Emmy Awards were funny too.

the Tonight Show thing was six years ago but I can see where Conan would make that mistake.

I don't think he ever really mentioned the Hawaii trip until now but most of the tabloids had pictures from it.

I agree that it was a really sweet and honest tribute.

Next time I'll just die on the river so Sam can see a waterfall.
