will they ever interact with Mobius and the other charcters bthat sony has bthe rights to.

shareI think that was an idea in the back of the studio execs' minds. But after Morbius and Madame Web being historically unpopular films, I doubt that will happen now.
shareMorbius: "Yo, Madame Web, distract the goons, I'm gonna suck off the villain"
*Madame Web does a wheelie*
Also, Phrasing!
Morbius wasn't actually that bad of a film. I sort of enjoyed it.
And Madame Web definitely is not good but it is entertaining in its weirdness.
Frankly, I would rather rewatch either of those than some of the more bland MCU films.
They really need to work out a deal with Disney to develop and produce their films, then collect their share of the profits. I don't think there are too many fans interested in the Kraven movie. Now if they did Carnage (the right way as a horror movie) or their Spider man related heroes like Silk or the numerous Spider-Women(instead of focusing on villains) they might have something. I'm still wondering why they thought Madame Web was a good idea.
shareFace it. Some of these execs are not bright guys. Or girls. #feminism.
shareYou got that right. You'd think after so many movies were failures they'd focus all their efforts on Spider-Man movies. Isn't there a thing in the contract that if enough of their movies fail financially they have to give the rights back to Marvel? I doubt the new Kraven movie will be a sucess.
shareHey if it were up to me, I would had made Venom the lynchpin for this Sony-verse. That way we could have had a Venom v. Morbius or Venom v. Kraven movie at least. Not this weird-ass 'made-for-The-CW' tripe.
shareMaybe if they up the crazy in the Venom movies they can be like Deadpool ones. Then they might have something. Maybe introduce all these Spidey related characters and have Venom kill them in gruesome ways while making jokes about it.
shareYeah exactly. Something that's actually rated R and has some teeth to it.
shareDisney has totally fucked up the MCU in the last few years. I would take what Sony is doing over what Disney is doing these days.
