Fun Filled Epic Adventure

Awesome show, watched it while tripping shrooms with my buddies and had a blast!

reply

I might need to hang out with you guys because its kind of boring watching it sober.

reply

haha yeah sober and by myself idk if i would like it as much

reply

I watched it sober and really liked it. But you really sold me on the idea of shrooms.
Unfortunately I don't have a source, so I'm kind of ѕhіt out of luck.

Alcohol works, too.

It’s a great little show, and it has Terrance Winter helping to push it along. Know what? I’m LIKING the half-hour format. Who can’t commit for a half fucking hour?; and, when you’re binging, the season flies by. Sly is 75 fucking years old. Tell me that’s not awesome.

reply

It is awesome!
But I disagree with the half-hour format. I hate it. I think shows like this should be 50 min long. When I binge something I don't want it to fly by. I want to immerse myself in the story and live in it for as long as I can. That's why I also like longer seasons like we used to have (13 episodes per season). I hate this 8 episodes bullshit. At least this show has 10 episodes.

Alcohol is a poor cheap shitty drug with all the horrible side effects of hard drugs like cocaine and opiates but non of the extreme euphoria that comes with the tough side effects either. It is a useless drug that should be avoided at all costs in my opinion. I havent drank for a year and feel like a million bucks! Illegal drugs only for me now, no big pharma crap or government approved liquor in my system anymore...

"Alcohol is a poor cheap shitty drug"

Alcohol (ethanol) isn't a drug at all, since it's food (~7 food calories per gram):

Any substance (other than food) that is used to prevent, diagnose, treat, or relieve symptoms of a disease or abnormal condition. Drugs can also affect how the brain and the rest of the body work and cause changes in mood, awareness, thoughts, feelings, or behavior. Some types of drugs, such as opioids, may be abused or lead to addiction.

Not only is it food, but there are only four fundamental foods in existence and it's one of them (fat, carbohydrates, protein, and ethanol), the second most nutritious one no less, second only to fat, which has ~9 food calories per gram (protein and carbohydrates both have ~4 food calories per gram).

I am about to hit 1,000 days free from alcohol and my life is much better quality then when I was on the sauce

reply

spores are legal if ur willing to take the risk and grow em urself

reply

Yeah, I don't know. That would be a whole project. I've grown weed before, and that was a huge project. Books, Sodium lamps, fans, nutrients, PH levels, etc... There was a lot to learn.
But thanks for the idea, maybe I'll look into it.

reply

yeah its not too hard as long as u do all the steps properly to avoid a contamination

Let’s look at this guy for a second. He wrote himself a movie star career with the Rocky franchise. He did the First Blood/Rambo Franchise. He made Cliffhanger specifically because he has acrophobia and wanted to test himself. He made Nighthawlks just to make an INSANELY GREAT died-in-the-wool 80s action movie that pitted him against Rutger Hauer (y’know, “Roy Batty, combat model, optimal self-sufficiency, probably the leader”—y’know—THAT guy?) He made The Expendables franchise—probably inspired by that line in I think it was Rambo 2 where he refers to himself as “expendable.” He hasn’t cured cancer. What the fuck else is there for him to do? Join The F/F franchise and ram a V8 up his ass? This guy is a fucking INDUSTRY. Let’s give him some props and support his TV show!

reply

Yeah he kicks ass! only reason I am a bigger Arnold fan is cause he is an immigrant that never even properly learned the language and rose to level of governor of the most power state from compete obscurity. Both of these men are absolute powerhouses tho to be admired and respected!

reply

Yeah, they just don't make them like they used to. The only action star that we have today is Keanu Reeves in the John Wick series, and while I love Keanu, it's just not the same. Not even close. There was so much greatness in the 80's and 90's.

reply

yeah I am also a big John Wick fan but the 80s and 90s still reign supreme

reply

I loved the 80s and 90s too, but when I go back and watch those movies, there were some fairly cheesy plots, action, and acting. I think we were just young and less discerning then. At the time we only had 60's and 70's movies to compare, and they were mostly cheesier yet.

reply

Yeah, but some of that cheesiness is what gave it charm. It's what made the 80's so much fun.
