Rowan looked poorly

I think rowan Atkinson looked tired, old and poorly in this-thus making it less funny as he lacked the dynamism to make jokes come alive on the screen.

Anyone else think so?

Trivia notes stated that he came down with an "unknown illness" during filming and production had to be postponed. Maybe that was affecting him.

That because he is old this is 2011
The first movie was 2005.

The movie was kinda dull, but it was cool to hear Rowan talk in his natural voice versus Mr. Bean. That was funny when he realized he was beating up the Queen. The Chinese lady was clever.
