the man in the wheelchair says he has its speed up to 60 mph . . . but that would be for American users!

You do realize they film scenes with multiple takes and in those multiple takes they will say things like miles per hour as opposed to kilometers per hour, or other things as well, based on the markets the film will be shown in.
