Rewatching Season 3 Hessington Oil
Really one of the worst story lines, with dubious legal standing. It is a stretch how the US had jurisdiction in this storyline, except that Hessington Oil had US holdings. However, once it came to be that Stephen Hunley ordered the murders...Hessington Oil was removed from the equation, and it was no longer a US issue. They had NO jurisdiction. This show, while I like it, plays fast and loose with the actual laws.
