The most stupid "smart" person depicted on a tv show ever?

Seriously, im not sold on Mike's intelligence.

He does the one stupid thing after the other and episode 6, from season 4, is the last nail on the coffin for me.

I mean, if i could see the outcome of his actions from a mile away he should already know of a way to deal with the situation.

The series have gotten pretty much "drama for the sake of drama", and the writing doesnt get any better afaics.

I guess its a "goodbye and good riddance".

If Mike is so smart why in the world doesn't he just get his law degree? If not from Havard (due to the fake records) then somewhere else. He could work as a paralegal in the interim.

And Jessica? Such a strategist and very fierce in protecting the reputation of her firm yet willing to put everything at risk by letting an unqualified associate represent the firm in court? Really?
