I really like it. They respect and protect each other. They are more than just a boss and employee. They are good friends.

Ewww no are people not aware that Jessica is only a few years older than Harvey? That is so bizarre Suits fans will categorize their relationship into everything except romantic. God forbid Harvey isn't paired up with Donna.

I don't see her as his mother. She's more like his big sister who is the only person he lets tease him bc she knows all of his dirty secrets.

It's all but said in the show she's a mother figure. A rival even taunted Harvey with the comparison in an early season.
