Will other Omegas in the galaxy be alerted or will their consciousnesses be altered? Will they seek to destroy Cage or will humans? The sequel to this could be huge. This is definitely the best concept movie since The Matrix. I didn't think Tom Cruise could outdo Knight and Day, but I was wrong.
First, its unclear whether or not Cage is now an Omega, but I would say no. Because when he hijacked the power in the beginning, he didnt then become an Alpha. He just stole the power. So the same should really stand for getting covered in the Omegas blood.
Second, there is nothing in the movie to suggest that any other Omegas, that may exist in the universe, could sense anything related to the Omega on earth. There is nothing to suggest that they are connected in any way.
Also, you didn't think that Tom Cruise could top Knight and Day? Knight and Day? Really? Out of the countless movies that Cruise has done, Knight and Day is what stands out to you, as being his greatest work? Haha wow. Ok.

Yeah I was a bit confused on the ending. He clearly was reset again, this again- being an omega. Also- even after the blood transfusion - his eyes were black when he woke up on the stretcher. So- my thoughts- he still has the special power- and it will be covered in a sequel
The sequel, I think, will be about the Omega and Cage fighting to be in control.
We could have some freaky, psychedelic scenes where the Omega slowly learns the abilities of its "Cage Exo-Suit". Maybe it can even figure out how to control its Mimics and Alphas.
The only one who will know Cage isn't himself is Vertaski.
