..they try to suck ppl in w/ special effects and remake after remake but good smart story-telling like this are movies ppl can watch more then once on DVD. The word gets around on flicks like this ..therefore, if it doesn't generate huge profits at the theaters at least a cash flow will come in thru the DVDs & streaming online

The story is kinda slow in the first half an hour, but it's important if you ask me. Adds up to the shock value later.
shareI agree! Nice combination of plot and suspense. If they had made this movie for $3 mill instead of $500K, and put in bigger names, they could have made $20 or $30 mill at the box office. Just as good as most big-budget "super-natural thrillers."
