The little movie that keeps on giving (tiny spoiler)

You will watch it and feel so clever when you think you have figured out the big plot twist in the first five minutes (a character smokes!). Yeah sure... enjoy the other and the other and the other twist :)

Well, I do think it was quite obvious that Samantha was from a different time period. Her smoking (no health warnings at the time), the "classic" car, her outfit and good nature were all early clues. Sure, there were other twists, but it was evident that there was time-bending happening from the get-go.
