Nice little movie... no reason for a low rating!

***** SPOILERS - Maybe *****

Nothing over the top nor 100%, but none the less, this was a fun little movie. I liked the way the ambiguity of each charter reveal itself, very fluid like. It would have been cool to get some type of idea of who the clerk was, but in the same sense, it is also cool that it remained a unknown. As for the end, though it is an open ending, and it lends itself to possible continuations, there would be no reason.

All in all, I am glad I found this little gem.

I gave it a 8/10 to help maybe bump the rating so the Sheeple, who follow the ratings, would give it a chance.

I agree with you. I saw this movie not expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I did not see the twist (they were all related) coming and that is unusual for me. Movies like this are pretty predictable when they try something like that. It was obviously low budget but that didn't really hurt the story since it takes place in one location for most of the movie. Good acting from all three man characters, particularly the actress playing Sam.
I also gave it an 8.

Any movie that only has a handful of core characters and can hold my attention and keep me gripped from start to finish is great in my book.

It is a good movie, unfortunately if it doesn't have a lot of explosions & cgi monsters, the people who can't sit still won't enjoy it.

It's also why when Hollywood decides to remake foreign films, for the most part, they dumb down what were originally "thinking" movies so they're more easily digested by the masses---like pablum. Instead of steak.

I gave this movie a 8 because I enjoyed it a lot and it deserves a higher rating than 6.4. A great movie that guides you to think.

I agree, OP. I liked this movie too. I was expecting another *type* of movie to be honest, given the description on Chiller network.
But this was better acted than I thought, with a decent plot & surprisingly good actors.
People are so harsh on Scott Eastwood, but he was decent too plus he is the type of actor that can improve with time.

The acting was pretty bad (all 3 were quite weak actors) and the ending was definetely not open to explanation. It was pretty straight-forward.
Maybe the screenplay had something to do with the bad acting but i don't think so.
Anyway it was pretty decent and it did well for a mystery/thriller film.

I really liked it! Just watched it by happenstance on Fearnet and was so surprised. It kept my attention (which is admittedly something that is hard to do).
