So... what happened to the.....

....scientists? Those humans who stayed on Pandora. When Jake packed his family and ran away because Spider knew where they all were and would rat? Didnt Spider also knew where those human scientists were? Did they relocate their base somewhere too? With all the heavy equipment?

And what about the forest tribe? Like Jake and co left. But bad humans still would find the tribe and burn everything and torture remaining Na’vi asking where Jake went, not believing they dont know. Not to mention that whole tribe kinda attacked human trains all the time and stealing their weapons. So Jake left them to die basically )))

And then it was even more hilarious when he showed up to water tribe and demand shelter knowing very well that bad people will come after him to this place and kill many members. Which happened, bad people really came for that tribe.

This movie is so badly written. Like it was written by 16 years old person.

Pretty sure there are some deleted scenes that explain stuff further, but everything can be sort of figured out if you "read between the lines." The scientists were on a base in the Hallelujah Mountains or around them, which is where the military's tech gets all scrambled (like radars). Plus it's said that Jake had put heavy protection on the mountains. The new general explains anytime they send military out there, they get wiped out almost instantly due to tech malfunctioning and it being heavily guarded/protected. And once Jake, Neytiri, and the rest of the family leave/flee, I think the scientists and Na'Vi were told to be on high alert for avatars in military clothing since the friendly avatars will be in more casual/civilian type clothes and not military unless the friendlies are going to war with the "sky people." So with that, Quaritch probably knew better to show up and start interrogating people. He'd probably get taken down pretty quickly by those protecting/guarding the area. I think Jake, Neytiiri, and the Sully kids would've continued to be fine if Norm and Max didn't have to fly out to check on Kiri. That's really where things went downhill, and they had to get the plot moving somehow. No one knew where Jake and his family disappeared to. And those that did, Quaritch couldn't really get to because they were heavily protected. Quaritch more than likely didn't want to risk things. It was possible that everyone thought that Jake and his family would constantly move around Pandora and not stay in the same place too long, which allowed Jake and his family to remain in one place. But eventually Norm and Max screwed up things for Jake by flying out to check on Kiri. The chopper they flew in had a tracking device on it, or the military could pick them up on their radar since they were no longer being protected by the radar interference in the Hallelujah Mountains. So once the military knew where to go, they went straight there and things went from there.
