Top Gear Ratings

As I wrote in a previous thread: Here are the ratings for the first episode over the past
nine seasons:

A 4.40 rating is [respectable], but it's also easy to spot
where the host change took place. It will be interesting to
see where the ratings go next week.Well, it's the following week and the second episode averaged a 2.8 (overnight) rating, down 36.3 percent. About the low ratings Chris Evans Tweeted, "Overnight television viewing figures for Top Gear have never been less relevant. Obviously some newspapers prefer to live in the past."
