Matt Le Bland should be ditched also. i've seen more personality in a bag of nuts.

Well maybe, but Evans is the experienced host, and his type are not falling of trees . Le Blanc is just one of a million potential wing men.
Either focus the show around Evans or start again but remember that chemistry is the important factor not the size of the name for longevity. There is no reason to keep on to Le Blanc, he cant front the show and the success of top gear in the future will only rely on a good chemistry between the Main Host and his wing men.

I could not agree more. I'm trying really hard to like it, but Evans is just excruciating to watch. And can they make it less painfully obviously scripted? I will probably watch even more of next weeks show on fast forward, as I did with episode 2. If I watch it at all.
Clarkson and co were a little bit crap but very likeable, all this show has managed to keep from them is the crap bit.
Despite it all I like Matt Le Blanc in it, could they edit a special version for me with evans voice bleeped out and black squares over his face? doesn't seem like too much to ask.
I'm pretty sure Chris Evans has a nice multi-year contract, so that's not happening unless they actually cancel the whole show.
