Ok i hated the first episode and was gonna give up, i set eps 2 and 3 to record and was going to watch them when there was nothing else on but ended up watching them live instead and after tonights show i have to admit its starting to work, good fun entertainment!
shareThe new series was never actually that bad, even the first episode was alright. Obviously it's still finding it's feet, but it's showing a lot of promise now. The last few episodes have been very good.

I found the train "race" to be particularly dull. Those segments are very dependent upon comedy and banter and these guys just don't have it. The show is also terrible at setting up the challenges and the cars and parameters of the challenge. They just cut right to stuff and don't setup or explain anything, just mention stuff in passing after the fact.
"I said no camels, that's five camels, can't you count?"
It's boring.. and way too loud because of Mr Shouty
