Rory= bad loser, self centered, can't take a joke, has a bigger ego than chris evans, control freak.
matt= is a cool guy, kind of like richard hammond but with less enthusiasm/passion.
chris harris= Seems to excited like he's on crack (but better in the final episode) on edge in his films like he's out of breathe or rushing to talk, always seemed a bit awkward in the studio. kind of lacks any meaningfull commentary (pretty much all of them lack clarksons vocabulary).
eddie= rarely seen rarely used, seems to be the punchline in a bad joke that only a moron would find funny. when he is in he's like a baby who spat out his dummy...or just seems to mope around... like he really doesn't want to be there.
evans= i hate everything about him and everything he stands for.
stig= sell out
my solution is, remove evans and rory from the hosting, use matt and harris instead.
scrap extra gear and just give us more episodes and more details in the shows instead of these overly staged montages.

sabine oh yer i forgot about her.... on purpose :P
She's ok, just a shame her humour doesn't translate well and she seems so awkward around the rest of them, i like her driving and making people sick but she seems wasted on the show, which is frankly criminal for someone of her driving talents.
But then again it was to be expected with so many 'hosts'.
I know what you mean, there's no doubt she's there as eye candy, but her attempts at being funny are so obviously forced.
