I know this is a really weird and random question and one that will be next to impossible get right but what sorta notebook did he have? can i get it anywhere?

i think it's a notebook with leather cover & a strap? i can buy them easily here

and as for the cover, you can have it custom made , so any picture you'd like can be embossed on the cover
