I liked this one a lot and I'm looking for similar movies finding the purpose, happiness etc.. 9/10 for me.

Yep the first title that popped up in my mind was 'The Secret Life of Walter Mitty'

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is probably the 'closest' to this one in terms of feel, the characters personal growth, etc.

If by "similar" you mean journey/ find yourself movies, try "One Week" and a Bollywood movie on Netflix called "Queen". Also, "Lost in Translation" and Martin Sheen in "The Way".
If you mean thoughtful, small piece movies ... there are too many to mention.
