I think Theodora pre-Margaret Hamilton was easily the most appealing and attractive. Plus she displayed a kind of innocence that only enhanced her appeal. Yes it may have been a veneer of goodness over bad, but she was most redeemable. I think Oz chose poorly.

I think Theodora post witch was still and possibly more appealing than Glinda. Not saying Glinda wasn't good looking either, but for some reason the green makeup made Mila Kunis hotter somehow.
