I just saw actors "acting"

None of the actors really seemed to own the role, I wasn't convinced by any of them, and a CGI china doll outacted them all.

Even the make-up was terrible. If you look at the Wizard of Oz decades ago, the make-up is so seamless that you buy that the characters are real. Here the witch looked like a child's cartoon drawing, her look was HORRIBLE.

I agree, this movie is miscast badly. The story was bad, the direction was bad . No one seems interested in making a good movie. Robert Downey Jr was supposed to be the wizard, maybe it would have worked with him.
