The comments on this board are hilarious.

People complaining that the movie was not realistic... people saying the movie was distasteful because it too closely mirrored a realistic event.... people criticizing Danny McBride as a one-dimensional actor (duh, the entire movie was filled with one-dimensional actors).

Was I the only one who felt that this movie was EXACTLY what I expected when I popped it in my Blu-ray player?

I didn't expect masterpiece theatre. I expected an idiotic comedy filled with implausible situations and tons of one liners. That is exactly what this movie is, it doesn't try to pretend to be anything else.

Oh well, a solid 6.75/10

It will (hopefully) never make anyones top 100 movies list, but anyone popping this into their player expecting that should be ashamed of themselves and kind of deserves to be let down.

I knew nothing about this movie aside from Danny McBride was in it and I love Eastbound & Down.

I enjoyed it for what it was, and McBride is fairly close to KP55 as opposed to his role in Clear History which I recently saw and also enjoyed.
