...needs to make more comedies. He was by far the funniest thing in this movie. I loved the way he called the money "Preety." I just saw him in "End of Watch" and thought he was great in that, too. The kid can definitely act.

OK, saw it. Observe and Report, though a horrible movie, was made watchable by the incredible talents of Michael Peña. He was so over the top, yet dead-on as that character (loved the hair, too!). I can definitely see him in more comedies.
