I just watched this, and at first I was like WTF, but yeah it got better, and now I want to see the sequel. It was entertaining for sure.

Sorry but I think Warlock, despite being a bit of 80s cheese, tells a witch hunter tale transports into modern times much better. The story lacks focus and the ideas feels muddled. I wanted to like it as fantasy movies are my thing but I thought even some of the other high budget fantasy dross that's been out the last 10 years were more entertaining than this, except for possibly Eragon.
