Julie Engelbrecht

It's hard to believe there are so many haters of this flick. No, it's not Oscar material but it was a good (nearly) 2-hours of entertainment. And yes, there were some inconsistencies in how the spells were supposed to work (If the Queen died, her immortality spell in Vin Diesel should have died too). But sometimes we have to suspend the disbelief a bit. Give some artistic license...

So personalty I put in on par with Nick Cage in _The Sorcerer's Apprentice_.

But what I found to be the biggest travesty was... covering in Julie Engelbrecht in all that make up. I was not familiar with her before this movie. When I looked her up I was stunned. That is one beautiful lady...!

The other little hottie from GoT, Rose Leslie is not bad either. I have always thought the Brit's have a special something, including Keira Knightley and Emily Blunt. But I will most defiantly be watch for Ms. Engelbrecht in future rolls. Maybe it's her French heritage...

Take it or leave it.

I agree with you about Ms. Engelbrecht and Ms. Leslie. They should have let the Witch Queen take human form at some point in the proceedings.

My memory foam pillow says it can't remember my face. I can tell its lying.

But the Queen didn't really die. Her heart was still beating. Remember when they started to destroy it, Calder started screaming? And when he was going to stab it at the end, Chloe said it would kill him. So even though the Queen "died", her heart, and therefore her magic was still alive.
