It was a mystery to me why ginger witch girl was so suddenly ultra loyal to Hunter Man. Am I missing something?
And on a separate note, I just watched it a few hours ago and I couldn't get over the amount of mumbling there was.
She became loyal, because she not only fell for him but realized what the World would be without him ( even worse then the a World ruled by the Witch Queen). That is why she told him about the forces of darkness waiting until he was no longer around. In return for him staying around she is able after 800 years to bring him happiness.

The Witch Queen didn't curse him with unhappiness. She messed him up with the immortality.
Joy and happiness was always his to have. Which he now knows, his own life.
