I came to this board to see if anyone mentioned the Theban Alphabet or the Nordic rune at the beginning of the movie. I guess there are just disappointed Wiccans and other folks. Not all witches are Wiccan, by the way.

Which rune did you mean? The production company or the "weather runes"? Not that it matters. Both look Nordic. Likely some version of garbled Nordic mixed with a bit of D&D from the little bit I could see.
Just because you don't see us doesn't mean we aren't here.
Do you mean the Vegvisir symbol shown when he breathes on the aircraft window? For the rune ta the start of the movie.
