Ove in Roger's car

I finished the movie now, brilliant. But i have some question that are wondering me right now and maybe you guys can help me clear them.Did i miss something but how did Ove get in Roger's car in that morning? Or what did Ove had to do the night before(we see him going in the woods) and last, who put the poison pin in the seat?

Ove parked his car at Roger's home. He was taking the paint hidden in the car's roof for selling it in Sweden. Clas puts the pin on the seat before that night to prevent Roger from spoiling his chances at the next meeting.
