This is a terrific thriller
This is a terrific thriller. The most enjoyable film that I've seen so far this year, and I go to the movies every week.

shareI agree. It had all the elements of an excellent thriller with some great humour thrown in along the way.
Fatima had a fetish for a wiggle in her scootshare
I agree.
I had seen Aksel Hennie in the 'Max Manus' movie not too long ago, and thoroughly enjoyed his performance in that film.
I hadn't heard about this particular film before running into it on Netflix, but when I saw he was in it, I decided to watch it (although I was a wee bit skeptical because there are too many bad, cliché movies along the same *approximate* genre).
I was not disappointed :)

Yes, this movie ROCKED. I thought I might not like it, because many foreign movies are too cerebral or heavy-going. Not this one. Great thriller!

I also concur. 9/10
Yeah it really is a cracking movie... I watched it about a year ago, then recently picked up the book (I'm a Jo Nesbo fan and had read all of his others), enjoyed it that much that I sat down and watched the movie again. If you enjoyed it, you should try the book - there aren't that many differences to the movie - just a bit more detail on the characters. It's an easy read though, I'd definitely recommend it. Then if you enjoy the book, try Nesbo's Harry Hole collection.
It's one of those films where no one is really a 'good guy' - Roger has his own fair share of shortcomings but it does just seem like a whole chain of unfortunate mistakes made by each character.
*Nothing of me is original, I am the combined effort of everybody I've ever known*
Indeed. This film and Tell No One are two of the best foreign thrillers I have ever watched.
