The point of this film
I think it was lost on me. I enjoyed the movie more than I thought I would. And I really liked the "no reason" bit they threw in. There are a lot of elements that certainly have a "no reason" attached to them. Still, despite enjoying that aspect I was still frustrated at several things. For example when the "master" guy on the other end of the phone was never revealed, why there was an audience in the first place, how the cop didn't die or appeared hurt in any way despite being shot. All of these things can be explained by the "no reason" from the beginning but it still bothers me.
Oh well, I still give the film points for originality and hilarity.
