Favorite / Most Hated episode each season?

By season, here are the episodes I find myself going back to and re-watching the most:

Season 1: The Promotion
Season 2: Tie - Dry Guys and Stop! Pajama Time
Season 3: The Business Trip
Season 4: Brociopath
Season 5: Tie - Gayborhood and Peyote It Forward

And here are the ones that I will probably never watch again on purpose:

Season 1: Office Campout (this one was tough since there really aren't any bad episodes in this season)
Season 2: Karl's Wedding
Season 3: Hungry Like The Wolf Dog
Season 4: Orgazmo Birth
Season 5: Speedo Racer

I am more partial to the episodes that have Anders, Blake, and Adam, doing something in the office or work related. However, some of the episodes that take them out of TAC can be great too. I think Brociopath is a really good example of this. And Checkpoint Gnarly does an excellent job of combining the two.

Slightly off-topic, but a running gag through the show I like is how the one-off characters tend to not like Adam; Stan Halen, Dell the landlord to name a few.
