This season
HOPING it's better than seasons 4-5, this show has taken a massive dip in quality. I really hope they bounce back this season.
shareSeason 4 is easily the low point of the series, and season 5 is a few steps back in the right direction.
the season 6 opening episode started off very weak with the beat boxing bit. it went on for too long and the scene's payoff before the opening sequence wasnt funny.
but then the episode mostly went on to be a pleasant surprise. the ending of the episode wasn't great, it seemed really phoned in.
I agree, the cold opening was pretty mediocre. I didn't really care much about the beat boxing at all.
As soon as that was over, the rest of this episode was intense! I'm not a fan of Dane Cook, but he seemed to fit the role perfectly. That, and the Pauly Shore cameo were phenomenal.
This season is off to a great start.
