Have a question about a cast member in the Juggalo episode.

So I don't quite remember the guys name in the episode. I just know he's a dick in a wheelchair. Everytime I see this episode I feel like he's totally Harvey Keitels son or relation of some sort. He looks and sounds like Harvey Keitel. I looked through the entire cast photos and he's not in them. Also I tried looking up photos of Keitels sons on Google but had no luck. Anyone know what's up with this actor? Thanks much!

I see the HK similarities, but I thought he was a lot like a young Michael Rooker (Merle from Walking Dead) back in the Days of Thunder era.
