When I was a kid I thought the people on the tv show would sing the theme song. In my mind Janet, Chrissy and Jack sang "Come on knock on our door", the Jeffersons sang "Well were a movin on up!", and the Keatons sang "What would we do baby, without us, sha la la la". I would picture the cast of Gilligans Island all singing the theme song together.
