132 cars in total. Actually, Die Hard 5's budget was only $92 million. Probably sounds like a lot, but it really isn't in terms of action movies. Furious 6, for example, had a budget of $160 million. Live Free or Die Hard's budget was actually higher than A Good Day to Die Hard's, sitting somewhere around the $120 million mark.

They used a lot of Sh**ty European cars that people didn't care about more than likely. Either way....that whole sequence was BORING. How is that possible? Well...the director. That's how.
