Why this movie didn't clean up at the 34th Razzie Awards is a mystery.
They must have paid off certain people to not get nominated in any category there.
Pity, because this movie is a disgrace to the franchise.

I didn't think it was THAT bad (definitely the worst of the franchise), but maybe it's because my expectations were low. As to why it wasn't nominated, I'm guessing it's because there was some pretty stiff competition that year. I didn't see any of those movies, but from what I've heard they were all pretty damn terrible. Movie 43, After Earth, Grown Ups 2, etc. I am really surprised it wasn't at least in the worst Sequel/Remake/Prequel category though, and The Hangover Part III was. I enjoyed that much more than A Good Day To Die Hard, but there were probably higher expectations for that, and it wasn't as good as I had hoped.
