First, let me be clear that this is better than Alan's usual neurotic, overtalkitive movies, but I still have to laugh at the idea of Owen Wilson as an writer, even a middling one... π

shareI'd like to see more films written by Wilson. I get the impression that he's got a poetic side to him that gets hidden behind the boyish cowpoke and the goofball that he gets cast as. In fact, (cowboy) hats-off to Woody Allen for casting Wilson against type as Gil.
