Who is that Papier Mache' head based on?

Looks like "Davey" of the old Lutheran "Davey & Goliath" animated series-??

The head is based on Frank. He is in the film. I'm surprised you missed him. Anyway, watch it again and watch for a guy named Frank. If you watch it twice you can't miss him. He is they guy with the papier-mâché head. Or, if you will, the guy with the paper mache head. That might have been a better fitting title for the film, however the title Frank was chosen.

I assumed it was a original creation, but from a different thread, I'm finding this isn't the case at all. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Sievey

But it sounds like aside from the head, there are few similarities.

Thank you for posting that link! I'm am blown away that this is based on a real "Frank"!
